I created concept art of three different places in The Lord of the Rings: Fangorn Forest, a mysterious forest where tree-like creatures called Ents live; Lothlorien, the safe haven of the elves; and Orthanc, the black stone tower of Isengard. For each location, I drew traditional concept sketches and maps, then created final paintings in Photoshop.
